I use Pbase, see below for link. Registration is free, and you get 10mb of webspace, more than adequate for hosting your latest and greatest. I don't think u can link externally to them, so just post the Url for each pic.
Link is www.pbase.com |

If you wish to show the image in your e-mail, you need to get the exact address from pBase. This can be gotten form your pBase address bar as you are viewing the image in pBase. An example is shown below and it begins with http: etc.
If you just want to give the address you simply paste the exact URL address for the image in the e-mail. The step below shows how to paste the image in your e-mail. When you compose these e-mails to the forum you will note the first line with buttons, one says "Img" that should be clicked just prior to inserting the image address and then just after inserting the image address with the step described below. The next step which isn't explicitly stated is that you need to add ".jpg" to the image address from pBase. This would be inserted just prior to the last "[img]." e.g. citing the following between [IMG]'s will give you an icon with the red x in the middle. "http://www.pbase.com/image/16384858" However, citing "http://www.pbase.com/image/16384858.jpg" between the [IMG]s will give you the picture in your posts. This assumes of course that you are using JPG format. If not, use whatever is the appropriate file extension. Good Luck! ![]() |

Can't figure out why it doesn't work. Let's see if just posting the URL works. http://www.pbase.com/image/17914721 I just checked and that works. I just looked at your site and you have only one picture. Don't know if that has something to do with it. Or, it may be that you aren't a paid customer at pBase yet and for those accounts direct linking may not be an option. |
