I shot this one from my car while my wife was shopping in a supermarket. It was pouring out of the sky and this man just stayed put drinking his beer, I guess he had "nowhere to go". It struck me with sadness and therefore I chose a B&W setting and added some noise for atmosphere. Hope you like it.

What a shame you didn't get him face on - would have made it a classic.

With this one you can't tell he's having a pint and that it's raining.

Hi,

It was a bit of a kind of a Paparazi shoot.
Sometimes he would look over, maybe when I'm a bit more confident I will keep on shooting.

He did not drink anymore beer after I decided to take a few shots.

The rain is dificult to see indeed.
That's why I typed the story with it.

I think the real power is that you don't see his face, now it's a faceless man which can account for everyone one time in our lives.
