This was taken on the River Walk in San Antonio, Texas. I used my Canon Eos 20D 3200ISO 1/10sec hand held with IS on the 28-135mm lens @30mm f/3.5. I think it looks good for hand held at 1/10sec. What do you think?

Impressed for handheld :-), even though you have IS you still have a steady hand.

I initially thought that the DOF was too low then realised that it is the movement of the boats. Would like to have seen what would have happened by panning with one of the boats.

Not sure if the arch adds or detracts from the shot. Would like to visit for myself as looks an interesting place.

It is very beautiful, particularly on those boat rides. You pass some very interesting architecture, fine old bridges, etc.

The area is one of my favorite spots to visit.

Oh, and San Antonians are some of the nicest people in the world.

Nicely captured. Been to San Antonio several times and the Riverwalk is very picture friendly.

Handheld with 1/10 sec, well done!
