It's a good pix.

However, what's going on here though is more than what meets the eye (and is very foreboding).

There are occuring now many discussions in the tech media about how mobile devices (phones and tablets) are displacing the old fashion "point & shoot" camera industry.

Think about it .... how many people do you see now days taking photos using something like a Canon Power Shot/ELPH.

G'day Walter

You have managed a beaut shot here of a young girl - also managing a beaut shot ~ hopefully each of you went home feeling good about your results

As to SD's thoughts mobile devices (phones and tablets) are displacing the old fashion "point & shoot" camera industry. - yes mate, and it has been happening for some years now as several companies traditional for their small 3x zoom, pocket-sized cameras have long ago stopped their profuction runs

Ya this is something to get your head around. Somewhere there is a nice pic of that lady at the beach. Lots of people will look at it and think of nothing else. Or the odd person will wonder what was around when the pic was taken. Now here we have in one shot half the world around the taking of that pic. The situation always makes me smile. Good one.
