I agree with Bynx, some more lighting in the eyes would bring some nicer contract to that area of the face. I find the eye area a bit dark in the shadows, that you almost loose the small amount of white from her eye.

I liked the head of the first but body of the second. The eyes definitely pop a bit more in the first shot.
