You definitely achieved it. Simply a beautiful portrait. The sharpness of the eyes contrasted with the diffusion of the rest of the face is really effective. Another thing I like is the matching of the skin tones with the color of her blouse.

I have mixed feelings about the reflection in the eyes. One part of me says that the reflection creates a sparkle that draws me, while another is distracted by the shape of the reflection. I fooled around with it a little in PSE, created a layer and cloned out part of the reflection (leaving some in to keep sparkle), then set the layer opacity at about 45%. I'm not at all satisfied that my tweak added anything.

I always enjoy your portraits. Gives me a level of excellence to shoot for.

Everything is wonderful: the pose, the softness, the colours and "she".
But the eyes reflections are distractive:

I guess you can work on it.
