I took this shot of a friends daughter[a quick candid shot] and editted it a bit, ANY comments welcome.

What a nice picture Jake.....
What I see is alot of "hot" spots on her face...I am thinking if you could get the face
about the same tone as the lower part of her neck it maybe easier on the eyes...and speaking of eyes...wow, hers are gorgous....

John, thanks for the comment. She was walking past me and I stopped her and "shot" with my 20D's built in flash, I suppose a totally bad recipe, hence the hot spots [she was also quite close] I'll givethe edittinganother bash and see if I can get the tones down. I think she also had a type of make-up on which increased the "reflection" [ I think wildlife photography is much easier :lol::lol:]

I suppose what I was trying to achieve here is a type of highkey/alabastereffect ??

it looks like you enhanced her eyes somewhat, or left them out of the other edits. on my monitor they don't look believeable

i quite like this shot

looks very high key. and yea i think the eyes are out a bit.

Maybe a very soft apprach would suit
