I got Natalie to think as if she was looking at her boyfriend seems to have worked?

this is a cool looking shot

i lke the stance.

I think if you rotated the shot a few degrees cloclwise it would balance the shot out nicely

nice one

It's an interesting shot... I'm not an expert on these types of photos, and personally I prefer the more natural poses, but it works well.

I guess there were some challenges regarding light (not to get "blown out parts" on her arms, especially if you were using a flash, etc). But you did well! Maybe Ken's right and some different angle might've worked better. (edit... for me - I feel she is looking a BIT too much out of the corner of her eyes... but that's just me!)

By the way, the question is , NOW you have to show it to her boyfriend and ask HIM... what does HE think!!!?? :G

Natalie did show it and he got a copy and A4 size and has it in a frame. Bearing in mind these sets of Natalie were taken and all my other posts are only taken with a FujiFilm S3500 4MP camera . Very low key as compared to what you can achieve with a DSLR and multiple lenses.:? Im saving those pennies though and cant wait til the day I can get my own!!
Cheers
