To my mind, #7 is by far the best of the lot. It is absolutely wonderful. The only thing that might improve it slightly is cropping it just above the left hand. You might choose number 8 to go with it.

Those all all terrific shots! If I had to choose two, I like #1 and #8 the best.

All really great shots-but #7 is "priceless"

I really LOVE the first one it is very unique atleast for me. I also like #7. No point for originality but very cute pose with the pinky like that.

#7 is an excellent photograph for many reasons, but I just love #8 purely for the joy in his face. Reminds me of my son at that age.

#1. I like the composition, but the selective B&W makes the subject look flat. That's ok for "still life" subjects, but I think it does a disservice to non-still life subjects, and especially so to this cute toddler.

#2. Ditto.

#3. Very good capture.

#4. Very nice composition. Possible title: "Don't you wish you were me?"

#5. Very nice shot (GREAT EYES!), but I think her hand detracts from the shot. If she wanted to show off her nails, then maybe one or two fingers would have been better.

#6. Very good capture.

#7. Priceless!

#8. Very nice shot, but I think it would have been better if the face were more illuminated.

I like #4 & #7 best.
