Default Take a splash! (My first post)

I just discovered this board and LOVE it. I've been learning a lot. I am a professional videographer by day, and for the past couple months, a hobbyist photographer by night. What a HUGE difference in the 2 mediums. Both are very creative.

Here is a picture of my son having fun on vacation. It has been recropped and auto-levels applied in Photoshop. Shot with the Sony 707. I like the blur which shows movement... Comments welcome.

Darrell

...did you pan your son on his way downward?

Yes, I did pan him as he moved. I was trying to keep as tight as possible. I cannot remember what my shutter speed was (I'll have to look it up), but I do like the movement shown in the background.

Thanks for the comments.
