Hi guys!

Just getting in the practice with the old Strobes! Quite obviously Dave Hill inspired!

Comments and critique as ever greatly appreciated!

Thought I had commented on this before (oh no, I'm getting old) but guess not.

It's a good shot, just a bit to much wall above her head and she should be looking at the hair dryer or a little more forward. and not at you.

I must give you credit that you were able to get a woman to allow you to photograph her in rollers.

I think the lighting is pretty unusual but effective. Good job. By the way 164 gawkers and no comments is par for the course.

True, :sad:but keep in mind some us come and peek a few time before saying anything. That lowers the count some at least.:G

Blow Dry!! Good idea Matt...and pretty subject too ; )

Still,I found the background somewhat distractinghowever eye pleasing the patternscould be. Besides, the more candid like, the better it would seem revealing a more fateful moment of hers ( if that's the phrase!), keeping Calicajun'ssaying in mind: ''I must give you credit that you were able to get a woman to allow you to photograph her in rollers''

I don't like the coloring on the face and chest. To me it makes it look fake. Where you going for that look?

To much wall above the head. I would of like to have seen more of a closer crop. Maybe have her looking into a mirror while she is doing her hair.

Just my .02.....
