I think this is a terrific portrait. The only thing that I am less than enthusiastic about is the white spots along the foehead. I find them distracting and unattractive. If they could be processed out, it would be an excellent study all-around.

Another good job with the water color tools. I think picture in water colors works very well, where as (I'm guessing here) the composition of that same shot would not work as well as a straight portrait shot. Anytime you want to tell us (me) how you do that water coloring I'll be all hears. Tried that effect myself but not with the results you turn out, as can be seen in one of my posts.

Don't have PhotoShop (too cheap, right now), I just have to keep working with PSPX for now. At least after seeing your work I know what it should look like when I am done.

It a nice effect but I think it use more of it. It look a bit too much like a photo with just a bit of water color added as opposed to a watercolor painting. Of course if that was your intent that is Ok too.
