Yes!!! beginning in weaving school, starting with hand weavingjust likeyour

first photo and progressing over six months to 'Damask'then operating

six machines simultaneously, weaving patterns in silks, linen and cotton.




One of the earliest examples of computing with punched hole cards being

fed through the machinery making the patterns.

I spent five years at that occupation :-)....................musket.
