This weekend, I went to the Worldfest in Addison, near Dallas. The Turkish society had a large contingent, including dancers, musicians, and singers.

This group of dancers made me tired just watching them. The men were quite athletic.

The fiddler was remarkably quick, holding the instrument in one hand, and bowing with the other.

As the music continued, the audience started dancing, too. Maybe they weren't all Turkish. Like St. Patrick's Day, when everyone is an honorary Irishmen, we were all Turkish for a bit.

Lots of fun. My wife got no shot of me dancing. Or if she did, I lost the image somehow...

Hey, that's called kemen├že!The typical musical instrument of Black Sea Region of Turkey. As you also mentioned, one must really be athletic to keep up with the music from that instrument I wishI could see that lost imageyouare playing in! Hey, speaking about the Irishmen, I must saythere's noticable similarity between the 'supposed' temper of Irishmen and those of the Black Sea Region!I know, at least, on my side, since my wife'sfamilyis from there:G

Thanks for sharing my friend!
