Here are a few images I made when I visited San Franciscos China town a few weeks back. I was out there in the pouring rain with a T shirt and my beloved K20D with the Tamron 17-35 that held up perfectly in the rain.

Hi Javier, I love your work, In this set my pics would be 4 and 10. I like the singularity of one person captures for some reason. Of course the others are good as well but just my preference. I have noticed as a matter of preference aso, I admire your B/W shote much more than the ones with color. Somehow it lets me use what imagination I have on the shots rather than being distracted by the vibrant colors, I am sure there are those who would disagree. I may just be too old to fully comprehend all that is composed in the city color shots, (also I live in the country and we don't have as much variation of color as there is in the city),(culture shock I presume). Any way thanks for your continued progress in this venue. I look forward to your post always
Frank

Thank you a 1000 times for the kind words. I too love the black and whites and prefer them as well. I ask myself often, why do I bother with color? I too also prefer the one on one interaction of my pictures. But there are times I need to change up so I do not fall into a rut.

Javier,
I love the smile for me pic. The contrast between the young and old artist is awsome. Nice picture! Frank

Always nice to see your street picks. I really like this one (not numbered):
