What an interesting town you live in. I have seen more people in your post than live in my town total....

Here are a few from Today as stumbled onto this Santa deal. I was testing out my latest purchase. A D7000.

Lot of Christmas spirit in your town.

Congrats on your new Nikon. What lens did you use and what equipment (camera body / lens) did you use, before your new D7000 ?

Thanks. The lens was the Kit 18-105. I was only able to find it as a kit. So even though I do not need this lens, I thought to try it out.
As my previous DSLR's I have a 2 K20D's, D300s, D700 and now the D7000. Lenses, I pretty much all primes for the Pentax and for the Nikon, I have a 28F/2.8, 35F.1,8, 14-24F/2.8, 24-70F/2.8 and 70-200F/2.8 all vr lenses.

But Ironically, I find myself using my LX-5 most often.

I do enjoy your pictures....Keep them, don't delete them. A great record of photographic social history that is fascinating now, but imagine how they might well be regarded in 20, 30, 50 years.

Another comment...your approach must quite stealthy (in a good way) as the pix seem to capture people not aware of the shutter....they for the most part seem comfortable, relaxed, not 'posing' for pictures.

I've asked before...but do you use a wide angle lens, with camera hanging chest level, on a neckstrap, remote shutter actuation or ?

I think you indicated you use a Pentax K20D and Nikon D7000.
