Nice image. I think it would have more impact if you cropped it right at the end of the sign that says Museum just to the right of the lamp post. I also think that this image will look great in black and white because Bricks always look good in black and white and then my eye will travel to fellow and his dog instead of the building..Just leave enough building to set the fellow in context. All n all though, it is a good picture. I offer my C.C only because I see you have a passion for street photography and you have the most important tool. That is to get your self in a position to do it ....Keep posting.

Thanks, jgredline. Yes, I think I'm enjoying street photography. For this and some of my other shots, however, were accidental. I already was framing the scene and from the corner of my eye saw the man and his dog walking so I waited to press the shutter.

Regarding cropping, I'm thinking of cropping the second floor windows too.

Yes, agree on the windows. As for waiting for the guy, that was a great idea. With out him, it would simply be a good pic of the museum. With him, you have a great street picture of the museum! He adds life to the picture.

V, Yep, to my eyes that is a home run. I would love to hear others opinions on it as well. I love it!

I actually liked the full view better. With the tighter crop, the lamp post cuts the scene too neatly in half for me.

Thanks, jgredline!

I can see your point about the lamppost, 2morrow. Hmm, this looks like a job for ... Bynx just kidding!
