Default Easter Play in Egypt

Our church put on a play to tell the story of the events leading up to Easter. I took a camera along for a bit of a play as I was stuck with my leg up to keep it rested, but it did mean I got a front row seat... it's an ill wind that blows no one no good

These were just for a bit of fun and I should have been slightly more conservative on the settings and bumped the ISO to 3200 as some were lost due to the movement of the actors.

Shots in no particular order.

Impressive shots at 3200...very clear. I would say you and your photographic talent will be in demand in Egypt.

Mark,

did you take it with the 5d or 7d. The facial expression of the actors are great.

Thanks Lesmore, these were at 1600 for the most part, it was only later did I make a change to 3200 as I noticed I was getting some motion blur as they were very animated in their acting. I should have applied a little NR to a couple of them, but generally with reducing at 1600 I can get away without.

Shortle, these were with the 5D as it is my fave for most shooting and I was hoping to be close (and I was). Also it still allows for good cropping, going down to the same size as APS-C still gives over 8MP so can't complain

Good pictures but do we have to call your doctor and have him put you in that cast?

Thanks I'm trying to be a good boy, but it's not in my nature to be still and fortunately the ankle is getting better every day.
