Default Engagement Shoot, John and Caroline - Egypt

This is the 2nd E-Shoot I've done since being in Egypt and it is a lot harder than back in the UK as culturally the amount of touching is much more limited. Also there is no kissing before marriage and even if married no kissing outside of the home.

However we had a fun session, I'm just back and these are three to show a few different elements.

Shot with Canon 7D/Sigma 17-70 and Canon 5DmkII/Canon 70-200mm f2.8 IS, although I've just realised these are both from the 7D so will have to find some more to add later.

I'm always looking to learn so any C&C appreciated.

Mark

2 and 3, i like them. Crop in 1 is on the limit and i would have liked a little more horizon and sea. Good job with the fill flash!

Nope, this is the original, I've had it since 2006 when I first got my 30D. I really don't use it much as my normal main camera is the 5DmkII with 24-105, however I wanted to do more shooting with the 70-200 f2.8 on the full frame so went for this combo with the 7D.

The OS version isn't getting great reviews compared to the original and honestly the original is at about its limit with 18mp crammed into APS-C. I wish it was faster to AF, if so I would go for this more often.

Thanks both, glad you liked them. The couple is very happy, but they are now complaining that I will probably be back in the UK by the time of their official party so can't shoot them. LOL.
