Default My first wedding shots!

Shot my first wedding this weekend. First time wedding and first time using external flash.

Here´s a couple of pics.

Wow, nice detail in the brides dress, how did the wedding go for you? Lot's of photos?? Thanks for sharing these. Ned

How did you find it? Were you the main photographer or helping out?

These two show the problems with having other people around when you are shooting, the groom in the first and both in the 2nd are looking away. There are times when having people looking away from the camera works but this isn't one of them.

They look like a photogenic couple so I look forward to seeing some more shots.

External flash is hard isn't it to get nice results, especially indoors. Which flash were you using?

The couple found my blog and liked my pics so they contacted me. Me and my wife shot this wedding together for free.
The couple actually wanted some pics where they were looking out through a window in the church. This is two of those pics. I have many more where they also look at me.
Yeah I agree. It is hard with flash. I used my Canon speedlite 580EX and my wife used a 540EZ.

couple look at left so the space at the photo should be in left that is my opinion, is there any reason why you take the space on right side of photo? for candlestick?

The bride wanted as much as possible of the wedding dress in the picture.

For starters one will get a load of connections if done cheap but yea why so cheap!? 900 shots lord that's work for sure and ya getting only the contacts .. you should of done it for a little bit more than cheap of zero .... I can understand less than any other normally charges but never Zero...
