Default Studio Shot

This is a picture by a well know photographer.....It is surely beautiful. Could anyone tell me how he is added the blue on the picture?? Has he used a blue filter ? Where is the filter placed ...

This image is "photoshoped' with a blue circle, a blue filter in the studio can not do this...
Look at the casting shadow of this blue light carefully, an incident blue light will not have even circle pattern at the various surfaces (i.e. forehead, lips, nose or shoulder breaks)

In Photoshop: Pick a color(green) then -> Ellipse tool -> Change opacity of this circle in the pull-down
