Alone in a faraway land lost in the pages of a book...
|
great use of the nd filter. love the perspective.
my only critique is that it took me a second to find the subject. maybe had you been a little closer? i know that is difficult and to not tip off the subject they are being photographed. especially on a tripod for a long exposure. |
G'day vv
What a beautiful capture of "the faraway land" in the midst of the -no doubt- noise, hustle & bustle of modern life. A great capture, movement within stillness, poise & dignity alongside urban ugliness Wonderful & thanks for sharing Regards, Phil |
Wow, that is way cool. This photo says so much.
|
Amazing that in this City with its population, you manage to capture the solitude so well.
|
A great shot as always, but have to agree with Hards80, the subject is a litle bit to far away. But anyways, I always like your photos :)
|
This is very cool and my favorite of your shots so far.

Thank you, all, for the encouraging comments.
#2) Regarding the subject being too small, I'm wondering if a crop would work? Regardless, I'll remember the advice to try to come closer next time. http://i53.tinypic.com/3481rgg.jpg I thought I'd add another one... #3) Awed by the Temple to Knowledge. http://i52.tinypic.com/2aj98y9.jpg |
Also agree about the subject being to far away in the first one. The crop is better. But a great shot anyway as always. Itīs impossible to not love your photos.
Best regards/Daniel |
