First, congrats on your son's graduation! Hey, your fifth photo, it is just wonderful. Well done. Your angle, and view through the lens, processing... it is all very real, but somehow brings something to photo that just makes it really stand out. I really like this people photo. You do such nice work! Ned

Thank you, Green Eyed Stranger, Ned, saketb. I appreciate all your comments.

I used my Mecablitz 48 AF-1 flash because I wanted to preserve the sky. I was playing around with the flash compensation slider on my camera for various results (also aware that later post-processing with Topaz will bring out detail if underexposed -- can't say enough about Topaz as it also gives me peace of mind for quick impromptu shots at the wrong settings) -- these are I think the better ones that came out.
