Default Antique PinUp

It looks like some folks preferred to revive a desaturated look thread, so I thought it might be interesting to run my last shoot through the same concept - How about this?

Everything is right on but the pose. Id like to have seen her with her hands on her thighs looking at the camera with a big smile.

I agree with Bynx. Beyond technical achievements you need to study the poses and have a clear idea of what you want to show of women.

As for the antique desaturation look It just doesn't seem quite right. Keep experimenting. Are you going for a 50s look 60s?

On the lighting, darken the negligee highlights and add some light to her face and neck.

Overall a beautiful shot, but could be better.

Since most pictures tell a story that is made up from the imaginings of the viewer, when I first saw this pic the story I saw her saying....Hark what sound is that? My husbands horse! Ye best be gone.

Yeah the desaturated look didn't work on Kelli too well so I made it B/W instead - How's this pal?

Bynx and Ordo

I couldn't get Kelli to stay still so here's your desaturated big smile of womanhood...
