Most definitely a pretty woman...and so's the picture. Did you use any sort of subtle filter with it? It has a softness to it without appearing out of focus.

I don't know that it was done in this picture but my son, who is a real Photoshop guru showed me a trick. You use the lasso with a 200 feather on it and select the area you want to emphasis. Then using the levels you lighten the image just a touch. Then select inverse and, again using the levels you darken the image a touch. Because of the 200 feather there isn't any line and you get a similar effect to the one in this picture where your eye is pulled to the face because it is lighter.

Excellent, and thank you. For whatever reason, I've never gone above 75. Must have had a governor on my accelerator.

I agree--Lily's a beaut, and also thanks for that lasso/feather reminder. This is my daughter Kanon (same lasso/feather trick with PSP--a bit overdone? Notice also the feathered edges of the photo--that results when you forget to turn off feathering when using the selection tool for cropping!):
