Default Alluring Eyes

Hi guys,

Just finished working on this shot. I've photographed this model before, but never a headshot. From the series, this was my favourite. I think it was the eyes and mouth which are very seductive.

The model was simply lit using a window and processed to create a painterly effect.

I like the way the light falls on her as just a hint of it is on the far cheek which I always think is classic.

The only thing I wonder about is if she was looking a bit more centre with her eyes if that would've been a tad better so that you didn't see so much white on the one side? But....that could just be personal preference on my part.

@Simon40 - if I can dig out the original raw file then I'll upload it.

@Shutterbug - i agree re: the eyes, it would have been better if she was more focused on the camera. Regrettably i just didn't have the shot!
