Default Recent photoshoot, maternity/family shots

Nice little family, she has since had the baby. 5DII and 24-70L

Very touching shots. I like them all. I really like:

1. The background and setup of the first shot.

2. It's hard to tell on my el cheapo laptop screen, but it looks like you did a really good job of controlling the bright, white shirts, and letting their skin tones and eye/hair colors come through.

I like the first one a lot, too. I'm almost wondering how the others (also great shots) would look with the same dramatic white balance.

Thanks all, the first shot was taken in a brief change of light, it had been raining and the sun broke through the clouds very briefly, The other shots were within minutes, the light kept changing. When we walked back to the car it began to rain heavily again
