Default Leave the lens flare or not?

Can't decide if I should try to remove that little lens flare near her waist or not?

Yes? No?

Sure, take it out - no big deal.

Looks better without the flare. I love back lit portraits. This is also a very nice pose with a lovely subject. I'd recommend a bit more contrast--the face looks a bit washed out. I'd also recommend straightening the image with some clockwise rotation. I did a quick edit in PSE8 for reference.
