Nice capture clean, and sharp, I like the dust in all the areas, shows to me how fast the bikes are moving. If it were mine I would remove the tape (Barrier) and the people not riding. Just my opinion, Did you get any closer up? Not that this needs to be was just wondering. Because it is a race and shows the two other bikes behind to tell a story in this Pic. Nice job. And WOW he got some Air.

Thanks for your comments Dale. Here is a close up. Not really sure I like it......... something seems to be missing.

(riding involves too much practice ;) )
i'm not sure if you should clone out the tape.....it marks the boundary of the course......

Bold colors typically associated with motocross outfits. The background is a muted color and the rider is in black on a nondescript bike. It's a very good shot, but one can only imagine what it might have been with some bold colors. JMO

ask JaroDefer......he can probably add some sick (younger person word lol) colors to the bike :)

Hi Chuck...

Both are GREAT photos !

Extremely well composed, exposed...the whole, nine yards.

You have truly captured the moment.

The second photo, in particular, speaks to me...(from the film
The Right Stuff...) a "prayer"

"Oh Lord, please don't let me F__ up."

Thanks for all of the nice comments. I do appreciate the ideas on what would make better photos.

Chuck, those are some great action shots. Makes me think of my early teen years when I rode dirt bikes everyday. Them was the good ole days! :)
