Default He's In My Movie

Not much going on here but a scenic reaction to a primary cause. Gasp. I showed up just in the nick of time to get this shot. I hope you feel it.

I think anyone who sees this is speechless or just too polite to be honest. Its not very good. Before a good artist can take bad pictures they have to take a lot of good ones first. Take Picasso for example. You should go back a bit and start taking some good shots. After people get used to that then you can start taking bad pictures. This confuses them and they dont know if the pics are are bad or if they are stupid. Starting off with bad pics doesnt give the viewer that option, they just know the pics are bad.

Well, it's blurry. Lens flare and backlighting make the subject too dark. Background is rather ugly. Subject is centered and presenting a very unattractive angle to the camera. It isn't level, and there is considerable lens distortion.
Overall, as a case study in how to NOT take a pertrait, I'd give it a 9 or 9.5 out of 10. Highly useful as a bad example.

Well since you asked, this as well as your other pictures have no compositional interest to me. I'm not "feeling" the story of the shot. It looks more like a quick cell phone snap. Out of focus, motion blur, just not interesting at all.

I've noticed other folks recommend some books to check out, that WILL help you to improve. I suggest you check out and study other peoples work, see what you like and what you don't. Then try to incorporate that into your work.

Here's some good tips http://photography.tutsplus.com/arti...os--photo-7978

I believe the postings are done on purpose for solely getting attention other than actual caring about photography.

I can't believe that you had the balls to critique my work.
