Default Ivana

This is the photo of my friend Ivana. Actually she works with me. The photo was taken in firm's kitchen, while she was talking to her friend. After few minutes of photographing her she didn't pay attention any more so I could capture more natural expression of her face.
I sent he a photo and she loved it. Of course, I'm posting it with her full permission

So, what do you think? Have in mind this is not a studio work and I'm not Kalypso (hats off and total respect).
Another thing: the top of her head at the picture is missing intentionally By the way, is that generally not accepted or what??
Cheers all.

It's your vision. Who can say it's not right?

The casual pose is great.

That is a very natural picture, and well exposed. I like it.

WHY??
No, she has nothing weird at the top of her head
What I meant is that for some reason I really like making portraits this way when the person's attention is not on the camera.
For types of portrait where person is facing me I would probably choose to include whole head
I don't know, I'm really a beginner and know that sometimes it's ok to break the rules
Like Ohenry wrote - It's my vision

Thanks for nice comments guys
