Default Old Boy!

Hi,
Here's a couple of images I took of an old sheep farmer attending the sheepdog trials I was covering,(a few images in the "sports" section). C&C as always welcome. Regards Graham.

Number 2 is a nice photo of the old farmer. Number 1 maybe a more realistic photo of him, but it's not quite as pleasant as number 2. B&W definitely works for this image. Nice choice.

G'day Graham

2 similar images - and it shows what a difference a smile makes [what my mum was telling me all those years ago too!!]. So the 2nd image really flies with me, the wonderful tones, the clarity of the fabric and the very expressionful face

I note also that your 'old mate' still follows that very British fashion of 'collar and tie, even when not dining with the Queen'

I hope your old mate has received a copy - esp of #2 and enjoys showing it to his family

Phil

I fear in a little while these photos will have much deeper significance.

If this bothers you Graham I will delete it immediately. Now I know you must have taken the pic in color but this is what I guessed at how he would look. How close am I?
