3 and 4 are outstanding! Really like those! Lighting and shadows much improved!!!

One comment on the last pic... low angle shots are very tough to pull off... not usually the most flattering angle...

All good, Frank

I am amazed at your talents with model photos given that
you have been only been taking them for a short time

I especially like your poses which are unique and nonstandard.

Kudos

Great photos Frank! I do have a question, did you break a rule on #2 having a plant stand growing out of her head? :?:

I don't think that's alwlays true. My friend Gertrude here, for instance, looks OK from below - it's the only profile I can ever get of her anyway. (sorry couldn't resist).

@Digcamfan,
Thanks for the nice comment, I must say that I really like this area of photography and that it rapidly is becoming my favourite, the club sessions began only 6 weeks ago, and the first models were here 2 weeks ago, so I guess it's going quickly indeed, but I do practise a lot.

@Chuck,
I choose the viewpoint deliberitly from the bottom, I had some difficulty choosing another angle with this model, don't ask me why, and because time was running (we were with 4 photographers) I had to do something.

The plantstand was maybe a bit to obvious in that shot indeed, but I wanted her to relax against it.

Greetings,
Frank

And two more.

We tried to play a bit more with light yesterday, so instead of my usual 2 softboxes I tried a bit more to work with a snout and grid.

Greetings,
Frank

ummm.... let me qualify that... low angle shots of HUMAN WOMAN are very tough to pull off... not usually the most flattering angle... especially if they have lots of nose hair...
