The following are four version of the same picture I took yesterday in an XVI century building while my son was throwing peebles in the well.

Version 1 :

Version2 (Version 1 BW by BW Gradient Map):

Version 3 ( Version 1 with BW Diffuse Glow ) :

Version4 (Version3 BW by BW Gradient Map):

P.S. :

- perspective correction

- automatic level

- unsharp mask

- dodge/burn/sharp tool brush with different sizes on different areas

The first two versions are the ones, Sergio, and it's the color version that I prefer, which is very odd for me since I usually prefer people pictures in b&w. It may have something to do with your son's clothing. It's actually a warm version of b&w, and because your son is surrounded by a contrast of color, he stands out more.

Yes, the first photo is excellent. (And your son is really quite adorable, isn't he?)

hi sergio.

really nice picture. I like all versions, but I like the second shot most.
Maybe because of the good contrast in b/w.

I'd go with the first to. I might be because of his clothes. They're modern and don't fit the B&W well setting, perhaps.

I like 1-3 the most.

I don't really like B&W photo's but I do like a dreamy look, maybe hold it out a bit on the third and it would be perfect for me.

Greetings,
Frank

good pic, I also like the first two best - or perhaps something in between the two (color intensity-wise).

I am distracted by what looks like an air conditioner in the window on the right. It ruins that wonderful window as a compositional element and looks incongruous, I would be tempted to remove it.

Small thing I know, but is is such an fine photo otherwise.
