Car fire last evening and I grabbed my camera just after the FD arrived. They want the pictures I took.

Arson? There is a wood five minutes from me (you could see it in the picture I posted for Julie) that has a big hole where people like to dump cars and set fire to. Hasn't happened for a while, but it's getting warmer so there may be another. I've a feeling that the people who used to do it have stopped.

Car fires are extremely dangerous for firemen. Not just because of the petrol but also the magnesium used in engines.

Sorry folks but I have to admit that this was a 'Training' session and the had 3 cars to burn. (Go try that in your back yard some day!)..
