Frank, I really like the poses and technique in these photos. The model is very photogenic which doesn't hurt :-)

My favorites are pictures #1,3,5. Did you choose to have her pose with the Anthurium flowers in picture 3 because that flower is supposed to be a symbol of eroticism? I really like how you posed her in front of the weathered barn wall - it makes for a great contrast with her ornateness.

Frank, this model is beautiful, I don't think she could make a bad photo if she tried! I really like the one of her in front of the red barn door, although they are all very good.

Hi,
Thanks for the great replies.

I did not choose the flower for that purpose to be honest.
The location we chose is called the Orchide├źn hoeve and is specialised in these flowers, so it almost impossible to gets shots without some sort of this flower.

Greetings,
Frank

That's ok- I believe you. I think you can see why the flower has that reputation...

Hi Frank.

You just seems to get better and better. It's great to follow your work. I enjoy!

I have a few comments though.

1. I think you have a tendency to always let you model look into the camera. The photos get a bit monotone then.

2. Pic. 1 - the models head seems somehow too large compared to her body, perhaps because of your shooting stand or the lens you used.

3. The "on location" shots are nice, but perhaps a smaller f.stop would have blurred the background. Afterall the sharpness of the background isn't important.

4. You seems to place your model in the middle almost all the time!

5. The pose in no.3 is not good. The model holds a flower and looks into the camera, but turns her head to opposite direction. Her feets and legs a large and a bit blown out!

Any comments ?

Klaus thanks.

I do place models most of the time in the middle of the frame, but I try to change that lately.
Somehow I always let them look in the camera indeed, to be honest I do have alot of shots were that doesn't happen but I never find them good enough.

The lens used on location was a 15-30mm Sigma on wide open, so blurring was a bit difficult everything was rather close, that's also why sometimes the porportions are a bit wacked .

Not alway's centered.

Not alway's looking at the camera.

Just kidding Klaus .

Greetings,
Frank

Great work. I agree with Klaus about the third photo. The focal point does not flatter the model.
