At the moment 50% of the models mail me or contact me via my website.
Nudity is also something new for me, and I like it and like it not .
It's very double for me, I love lingerie much more to be honest.

Greetings,
Frank

These are beautiful shots! Kudos. My favorite is the first. What camera are you using? Are you a pro? What is your URL?My only experience with nudes was a few years ago, I help do some DV work on some no-budget indie film that contained some nude scenes. I think I was more uncomfortable than the young actress, and overconcerned that she felt comfortable. It just adds a whole distracting psychological element that has nothing to do with capturing the image. It wasn't "fun" or even remotely (searching for word). I think I get your meaning.

Hi,
My URL is www.doorhof.nl or www.doorhof.nl/models
Under Doorhof you can also find my other portfolio.

I use a Canon 10D.
I'm no pro, I wish.

Greetings,
Frank

Whoa, that was a quick reply. Isn't it like 3:00am in the Netherlands? As far as being a pro, could have fooled me. I will certainly check out your site. Looking forward to it.

Frank, you need to give yourself whole...... lot more credit. You are a pro, maybe not by title but your workis that of a pro. Keep it a hobby in your mind that way you will not look at it as work but fun. You are very creative and yes your pictures have a dimension that is very unique. It is 8:16pm in Michigan. A beautiful end of summer evening.

Great stuff Frank! (One thing I would consider is cleaning up the light bleeding into the left side of the first image). It's nice to see you venture into nudes too! Shooting nudes is much harder than most people think...despite what many would like to believe! The model & her confidence can make or break a shoot...looks like you found a great one!

Good job on doing "classy" images too (I've seen more cheap/cheesy nudes done by "Guys With Cameras" than good, thoughtful work)!

Hi thanks Kalypso.

I will ALWAYS avoid the cheap looks I hate those, that's also why I waited that long for my first nudes, I wanted to have the right model and be ready.

I doubted the reflection on the left side, I had cloned it out before but somehow it kept calling me, put me back in, put me back in .

I like it as a lightsource for the harsh light on the model.
But you are right if I should leave it out.

Greetings,
Frank
