Love the shoes and pants .
Somehow a very funny combination with the Tshirt and het.
That drew my eye immediatly.

clothing was suitable for the weather:-)nice and warm a couple of days ago, she was fishing, her kids were swimming. I showed her the shot and she laughed. said it was not her at her most glamorous.:-)

They say the clothes make the person; this lady looks comfortable and laid back. Looks like a large fishing area; or is that the ocean? I read somewhere you got a new lense, is this with your new one?

This isn't about the fisherlady, but about your avatar. Are those "white-eyes" (they eat oranges and other citrus fruits)? They look exactly like the whiteeyes we've got here in Japan.

I'm guessing you snapped this as you were walking by - it nicely captures the 'unusual sight' as you say.

I would be tempted to crop a little closer maybe take out the space to the left of the woman and to the right of the stump (far right of the photo) that way the figure is more ....focal.. I guess that's the word I'd choose.

I dont know if is the same bird as you speak of. We call them silver eyes here.
