A photo from a recent hike into the mountains. Caught this couple up there. Wished the details could have been better. Taken with a Canon PS A70.

I bet that couple would like a copy of this photo if they knew about it. It must have been a lot of work for them to get there.

That rock is called Pico de Loro (Parrot's Peak) and located between Ternate, Cavite and Nasugbu, Batangas provinces of the Philippines.

Here's another view of the rock.

The picture is so thought-provoking. I wonder what they are talking about or if they are talking at all. I wonder what I'd be thinking or saying to someone up there. I wonder if he is asking her to marry him. I wonder if they survived the climb down.

Thanks for sharing!!

Incredible shot. Nature is truly amazing! That photohas an amazing sense of scale with the people up there. Is that a path along the side leading to the top?

Thanks guys.

@KENNETHD, Yes, there are other people on that rock too. There are actually about 4 groups of us who went there and approximately around 50 people (talk about going to the mountains to avoid the crowd). The rock is pretty famous and a favorite to mountaineers here.

@aliasd2, There's a rope on the otherside of the rock for you to climb up to it's peak.
