Oups, sorry, I apologize.I did not mean to take a personal shot at you or tobe rude.

That statement was just to expresswhat I feel is happening with the original requests way back,to not post what some people find problem-full.

Misunderstandings are one of the problems of an on-line text based discussion.

Peter.

some have mentioned about children seeing these photos. Once again, parent censorship and filters. Make sure "nude" is a keyword in your filter. It's a photography site, you have to know that it includes or may include nudity. Perhaps view the site with your children? Also would you let your kids see the lingeriephotos posted on the site? Also there are links to pages that contain nudity.

Kalypso,

I've always liked your work... Everything you've posted. Except, the image that you started this thread with... It doesn't seem to have the "Kalypso" feel to it. Was it posted purely for its "nude" factor?
Actually...yes! Since the post was made as something light hearted (thus my comment about my ugly couch) to kick off the new year & that is one of the only "nude" (I don't count topless, nice rears, etc. as being nude) images I have on-line.

I would like to give a hearty thank you to Kenny_Leong for whipping up such a frenzy that caused the thread to be viewed by many more people (than it ever would have if he had ignored it ;-)

That's quite ok kalypso. My 'guess' is that the second photo was just a coverup for the first photo, where the intention 'probably' was really an exhibition in abuse of moderator priveleges/powers. Or rather, 'probably' a tongue-in-cheek thing, similar to the 'hey..I'm cool, because this thread attracted so much attention, and I got away with it'...thing.

He're a definition I've always liked on the difference between art and porn:

"It's porn if it was taken to earn as much money as it can as quickly as possible".

kenny leong... your just being (pardon my french) a smartarse. you've made your pointand you need to let it go.

if the majority(at least regular posters-viewers) has spoken in here then it should rest

another pointis that, majority of the information in here isn't easily absorbed by 12-13 yr olds anyway. parents have to sit with their kids and explain what they're reading or looking at.
you wouldn't tell your son/daughter to do a chore you never taught them how to do.

1. coverup or cov·er·up (kvr-p) n.

An effort or strategy of concealment, especially a planned effort to prevent something potentially scandalous from becoming public.
--Not even close...I'll post another photo just to ease your mind.

2. abuse, a·buse, a·bus·ing, a·bus·es

1. To use wrongly or improperly; misuse: abuse alcohol; abuse a privilege.
2. To hurt or injure by maltreatment; ill-use.
3. To force sexual activity on; rape or molest.
4. To assail with contemptuous, coarse, or insulting words; revile.
5. Obsolete. To deceive or trick
--Wrong again...anyone is free to post nude images as long as they place a nude warning in the title.

3. 'hey..I'm cool, because this thread attracted so much attention, and I got away with it'
--Actually, you are the one that caused the thread to attract so much attention & you're not exactly someone I would choose to help me "get away with" anything.

Kenny: Get over yourself mate... If you don't like it, go away! If you're worried about children seeing it, well it's up to there parents to censor the web... The thread has nude in the title. They are more likely to see some actual pornography by accident while looking at a computer games site or something.
