I don´t like the composition, we cannot see their shoes, and that´s disturbing. They are cut away!

Well actually you CAN see one shoe from each of them. Anyway, this is not a SHOE picture...........it's 2 older gentlemen sharing a chat and watching the world go by.

It's a great shot.

I love the subject and the candidness of this photo. The men did not pose, they just kept doing their thing, apparently oblivious to or undisturbed by the photographer. The setting and facial expressions are natural and great. All of those things make this shot special. I also, however, am slightly disturbed by the fact that the feet were not completely in the picture. Notwithstanding the fact that it's not a picture of shoes, per se, it is a picture of people who presumably have all their body parts intact. In the grand scheme of things, it's a minor imperfection in an otherwise nice photo. Nevertheless, it is the kind of detail that separates great photos from average ones (and believe me, I take many more of the latter than the former :-)). Attention to that detail would have taken this shot to another level.
