Apart from being a very attractive gf, you have performed a magical effect on her .

Everything is just right, she should be proud of this !!

Would you mind passing on your workflow ??

Ummm i think

1) Reduced noise in PS Elements (I think it makes it easier to clone and heal IMO)
2) Used clone and healing brush to smooth over skin and any random blotches (is that how u spell that) and dots on skin
3) Used dodge tool too smooth out skin tone
4) Exported this image to neat image to clear any excess noise generated by my mods in ps
5)imported back to ps and used b&w filter
6)inserted soft light accents into hair andface with lighting filter
6) Increased contrast and decreased brightness
7) applied unsharp mask
8) one more pass with neat image

and that it i think. Alot of changing progs but i think it worked out ok

great shot, and beautiful girl. if her personality is as up to par as her beauty you're a very lucky man.
