Pretty girl. To me, either the crop is wrong or the pose is wrong. The position of the front arm looks weird. I'm not crazy about the background as I think it would have been better all dark or all light. The lighting looks good.

Yes the lighting looks good. The vignette does not seem to be adding to the photo any. I would ditch that if possible. The position of the arms is awkward. Her left shoulder appears way higher than the right so Im assuming her left arm was resting on something.

I thought the black would accent her shirt but hey that's why I asked 4 opinions, and yes her arm was on a chair.

Here is the original, what would look better.....ideas welcome......Thanks again

Seeing the full version I see the pose did cause an awkward look. The high left shoulder has made the right look non existent. The tilt of the head and the way the hair falls is very nice. This is just an example below. I cropped out the low shoulder but even then the should showing appears pushed up and in because it is. Try the pose with similar head tilt but turn the body 45 degrees or so to the camera. It does not have to be 45 but some angle will help.
