Wow I like that picture, I like how the boarder is blurred. Im new to photography, how do you blurr the boarder while still keeping the center sharp?

It's special indeed.
I like the motion in the shot and the frozen center, the looks of the people enhances this.

set the shutter speed to 15 sec. then i asked the people around the main subject to keep on moving. :|

So the men in white had to keep smile continuosly in 15s, what a heavy work !!! :-)Good shot, body!

FYI shutter speed is 1/6 of a sec for this shot.

There is no way you would get a sharp exposure of someone asking them to stand still for 15 sec.

Its a cool shot and technique. Good job
