I took this by my house. We have had a lot of fires because it has been so dry.

Comments are welcome as we are all here to learn.

Black and white very good choice for this photo

Well composed.

I might suggest a slight increase in contrast, slight decrease in brightness to enhance starkness of the scene.:idea:

I don't beleive it is a black and white photo....as if you look closely you can ssee the police lights, and the slight yellow tinge to the fireman's helmet...or maybe that is my eyes playing tricks on me....

It is a color photo going into the sun. It looked so much like B/W that I did not change it.
