yea the skirt reallly put me off so really wanted to alter it

and yea my gf really wanted the hairfixed. I didnt even notice it to be honest

Umm well the skirt
All i did was use the lasso tool and make a selection of the entire skirt. Once i had the skirt selected i used the free transform function to alter the shape of the skirt. Lots of playinig. once i had it right i applied the transformation then selected the inverse and use acloning tool to daw in the background where the skirt used to sit. and thts it, not to hard to do.

The Hair
Simple use of the good old clone tool with a soft brush and a to of sampling
