He is a free spirit if ever there was :-) Taken August 5th in our strange winter weather! It was 25C and fine and people were making the most of the beach until late afternoon.

Out of those shots I prefer the B/W's and I'd have to say my fave is #1...nice.

#3 is my fave...just precious. Nice stop action on the water. You always do a stellar job on BW conversions! Thanks for sharing.

a couple more. This first one I like but not sure about his face being in shadow







and this one shows the reality of the beach that day, its the middle of winter even though we have had mild weatherand the seaweed is in need of being removed, he looks so small out there

I see B&W really works here where most people would only consider colour while shooting. My favourite is, too, the 1st one. This set must have been a great treat for your friend
