newborn from my most recent maternity shoot...she wasahealthy7lb 15 oz, if you recall her mother looked like she was going to birth a 10 pounder! C&C welcome!

Nice shots.The 2nd one, especially, appears to be a noticable B&W image.

#1 - An odd angle but newborns are difficult to photograph sometimes

#2 - I absolutely love this shot - enlarge and frame it.

#3 - Mother and child look unsure about each other - is this her first? It's a great shot.

Lynn,

Excellent job! The only thing that I would change is the eyes in #2. They look way to black. Maybe lighten them before converting to b&w so they don't appear so black.

Don't you just love newborns!!! I have a mommy to be coming tomorrow to have maternity pic's and then I'm going to do the newborn pic's too. Her hubby is deployed and I thought about offering to shoot the birth for her and put it in a slide show for Daddy........ I'll let you know if I do! I do hope she will let me!!.:-)
