While traveling to Mount Athos - Greece I noticed this boad and even though it was mid-day I though I should give it a go.
What do you think ? |

![]() Even though this was taken at midday the very brightness has an unusual but interestingquality aboutit. The boat with the little fella in towleaving the scene is surely balanced by thesmall mountains (?)to the left. Since those mountains are a permanent fixture it's telling the boat it's okay to leavemy scene so be on your way; I've seen many like you before on your journies. Others here more competent to comment on brightness and texturewill undoubtedly see to that. I saw what satisfied my eyes, and in a calming kind of way. I like this photograph simply because it is asking to be understood in its context. |

composoition is great, nice blue tones. It probably impossible to avoid but i keep getting distracted by all the highlight flaring coming off the water ken |
