I really wouldn't call this a glamour or simi glamour. I noticed on you last shot the subject was in the right side of the frame. I don't know it that is just your style or what...but try the left side! I do like this better than the first semi glamour shot. I like the backgound. Once again I think the light is harsh and should have been diffused.

Good photo of a pretty girl, but I do think it could be improved a bit. Taking portrait type shots outdoors is difficult because of the strong, unidirectional light from the sun. A more shadowed spot would diffuse the light and prevent harsh shadows. As it is, reducing contrast would help some. I also think this shot would have been better with the subject fully in front of the foliage instead of having the building on one side. This woud provide contrast with background while allowinig overall contrast to be a little lower.
